To be a conveyancer you need to undertake an educational course with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).   Such a course should include the law relating to property transactions, case law and areas of small business that you will need if you are running a conveyancing business.

The Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Vic Div) recommends the completion of the Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) offered by the following institutions :
