The Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division) Incorporated has initiated a wide range of Education and Training Programs to improve the Conveyancing and Business Skills of Practitioners. A Professional Development Program of Seminars and Workshops, together with the publication of a bimonthly Newsletter, ensure Institute Members are kept up-to-date with legislative and other changes immediately they occur. The Institute ensures that its Members operate strictly in accordance with the Conveyancers Act 2006

The Malka Group's Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) incorporates not only the minimum requirements to obtain a Conveyancers License but includes additional and relevant subjects. Swinburne University - Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing)
This qualification incorporates the six units of competence, published by the National Training Information Service and set down by Consumer Affairs Victoria as being the minimum academic units of competence required to obtain a full conveyancing licence.
