Lydia Eastwood is a lawyer who has been recognised by the LIV as an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. William Stark practices in in the areas of property (especially mortgage-related property), retail leasing, contracts, corporations law and insolvency. William is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. He is a panel member for the Small Business Commissioner as a mediator in retail tenancy disputes. William is also a panel member for mediations in franchising disputes with the Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser.
