Also, Lydia was awarded Victorian Young Property Lawyer of The Year in 2020 by the Australian Law Council. Lydia has practiced exclusively in Property Law since her admission. Lydia’s practice focuses on Real Estate and includes assisting clients with matters such as adverse possession, air rights, planning and zoning. Lydia provides responsive legal services motivated by her passion for client success.

William Stark practices in in the areas of property (especially mortgage-related property), retail leasing, contracts, corporations law and insolvency. William is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. He is a panel member for the Small Business Commissioner as a mediator in retail tenancy disputes. William is also a panel member for mediations in franchising disputes with the Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser.
