Conveyancer Position at Haven Legal Co. – Preston Office
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer for our Haven Legal Co. office in Preston
As client-focused legal firms renowned for our plain English communication and innovative use of AI technologies, we provide exceptional service in property law, estate planning, and more.
What You Will Do:
- Manage property transactions from initial advice to settlement unassisted
- Deal with residential, commercial, strata, leasehold, off the plan and subdivisions
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth process
- Conduct research and provide clear, actionable advice to clients
- Promote and market our firm to local Real Estate Agents
- Gain your own referrers
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Conveyancing preferred
- Understanding of Victorian property law essential
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to work quickly and effectively
- Medium to high level of IT competency
- Excellent organisational skills and efficiency.

Right Choice Conveyancing

Right Choice Conveyancing is looking for a licensed conveyancer. You will play a vital role in providing services to our clients. This full-time position is based in our Heidelberg , VIC 3084 office and involves handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct property title searches and due diligence activities
- Prepare and review contracts of sale, transfer documents, and other legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensure all property transactions comply with relevant legislation and regulations
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their property matters
- Maintain detailed records and provide timely updates on case progress
- Completing settlements in the PEXA Workspace
What we’re looking for
- Licenced Conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of property law, conveyancing practices and relevant regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Proficient with relevant software and technology used in the conveyancing industry
