About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Conveyancer to join our team. Permanent flexible work arrangements available after completion of commencement period.
The role requires a conveyancing professional with broad conveyancing experience. In return for your exceptional work ethic and high quality of work, you will be rewarded with an above market salary, mentoring and assistance from managing director.
The successful applicant will be:
- Running conveyancing files from start to finish
- Working autonomously on your own portfolio of new and return clients.
- Utilising the leading conveyancing software alongside our own proprietary electronic portal to ensure the highest quality of service and professionalism.
Skills & experience
- 10+ years experience in Conveyancing preferred
- Understanding of Victorian property law essential
- Strong eye for detail
- Fast, precise and efficient
- Medium to high level of IT competency

Experienced Senior Conveyancer

We are looking to add another Senior Conveyancer to our team and the role could be full or part time.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancer with a proven track record of independently managing files from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing and providing advice on Contracts, preparing Contracts and Section 32 Vendor Statements and handling complex property conveyancing files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently managing conveyancing files from initiation to settlement.
- Reviewing and advising on purchase Contracts, preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handling complex property conveyancing matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client expectations.
- Developing strong and respectful relationships with clients and providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Client experience is one of our core values.
- Collaborating effectively with team, colleagues and peers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing with a focus on running files independently.
- Proficient use of PEXA, Duties Online, InfoTrack and Spear.
- Experience with Leap Software (not essential).
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Proficiency in reviewing Contracts and Section 32 Vendor Statements.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex conveyancing matters.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy including excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and be resourceful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with particular focus on client relationships.
- A positive and pro-active can-do attitude.

Moreland Conveyancing
Part Time Conveyancer
Moreland Conveyancing is looking for an experienced Conveyancer for 1-2 Days per week and to also fill in when staff are on holidays. (Our usual part time Conveyancer is on maternity leave)
The Conveyancer must be experienced using PEXA and Duties Online Systems and have relevant knowledge of online conveyancing systems. Full Training can be arranged.
Working hours are flexible.
