Perfect Choice Conveyancing Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Glenroy Victoria commencing date 27^th April 2026.

As a Conveyancer, you play a crucial role in managing the legal aspects of the property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. 

What you will be doing:

1. Liasing with clients, real estate agents, lenders, brokers and other stakeholders to co-ordinate the conveyancing process.
2. Conducting title searches, preparing adjustments and balancing settlements.
3. Preparing and processing all relevant conveyancing documentation, including contract of sale, transfers and settlement statements.
4. Maintaining up-to date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.
5. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed.
6. Mentor and support a high-performing team.
7. Oversee day to day operations.
8. Contribute to the growth and future direction of the firm.

Perfect candidates requirements:

1. A qualification in conveyancing
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the conveyancing
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients,.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in using conveyancing software, pexa and Duties on Line.
