Awesome Conveyancing Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Yarra Glen, VIC.
As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving conveyancing practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and processing all relevant conveyancing documentation, including contracts of sale, transfers, and settlement statements
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to coordinate the conveyancing process
- Conducting title searches, preparing adjustments, and balancing settlements
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their legal obligations and rights throughout the conveyancing process
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed
What we’re looking for:
- A qualification in conveyancing, such as an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (BSB60220), Diploma of Conveyancing, or another recognised Victorian legal or property-related qualification, will be viewed favourably
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a conveyancing or property law role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology to streamline processes.
