Job description – Senior Conveyancer
CWe are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to assist with regular and consistent locum work for a busy conveyancing practice based in Brunswick, Victoria.
We are an established practice with a friendly team of 7 staff and are looking for an experienced conveyancer who can confidently step in and assist with our workload as required.
This opportunity would suit an experienced conveyancer looking for flexible locum work while still enjoying the benefit of consistent, ongoing work.
About you:
- Minimum 5+ years’ conveyancing experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of Victorian conveyancing from file opening through to settlement
- Confident managing files independently with minimal supervision
- Experienced with PEXA, Duties Online and conveyancing software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Professional and confident communicating with clients, agents, banks and other conveyancers/solicitors
- Reliable and able to step into an established practice and hit the ground running
The role:
This is a locum position with quite consistent work available, rather than an occasional fill-in role. You will be working alongside and supporting our existing team of 7, assisting with conveyancing matters and workload as required.
