Barwon Conveyancing (circa1989) and
Civic Conveyancing Geelong (circa 1996) and
Civic Conveyancing Werribee.
Over these many years, we have developed and accrued a large and diverse group of clients who have remained loyal and dedicated to our companies, for which, we are pleased and grateful.
Our business philosophy has been and remains simple. Treat our clients well at all costs, and they will return. Run every one’s file as if it is yours. Treat our staff like family, which essentially, they are since we spend 8 hours with them every day.
We now need an experienced conveyancer and a trainee conveyancer, based in our Geelong Office in Mercer Street, Geelong VIC.
Our salary and conditions are excellent and you will be treated well. Your conveyancing knowledge will improve and prosper. Our office environment is pleasant and free of politics and will remain so.
Experienced conveyancers who have not worked in conveyancing for a while eg (raising a family) are encouraged to apply.
For the trainee position we need a smart person who is attracted to a career in property law, and we will provide the best training towards that career.

Part Time Conveyancer – Advantage Conveyancing – Ferntree Gully

The end of 2025 is fast approaching. Perhaps you are considering scaling back on your hours. If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you.
One of our very valued Conveyancers is retiring (again) at the end of this year and we are looking to replace her with someone similar. The applicant will have worked for a number of years in the industry and is able to work autonomously.
We are offering 11 hours per week over two days, which is negotiable. Some holiday relief work would also be required.
We are a small friendly team located in Ferntree Gully.
